To receive a refund, the item must be unused and shipped to us within 14 days of the date you received it.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, we are happy to assist. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@purpleeight.co. Let us know the reason for the exchange and the item you wish to exchange it for.

The same conditions apply for exchanges as for returns — the item must be unused and returned within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired item.
