At Purple Eight, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted luxury candles. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a return is necessary.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@purpleeight.co within 14 days of your package being delivered to let us know the reason for return. After your return has been accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label with instructions. Returns must be accepted in order to complete the refund process. Original payment method will be automatically refunded.
If your candle was damaged during shipment, contact Purple Eight within 7 days of delivery to submit photographic proof of damage to initiate a replacement or refund.
